A bet is considered placed and confirmed only when you receive an on-screen confirmation and a bet reference number is generated. ep789c reserves the right to void any bet placed due to an error, system fault, incorrect odds display or other manifest error. In such cases, any stakes will be returned.
Live in-play markets — including Pakistan cricket, PSL games, T20 Internationals, ICC tournaments, football and UFC — may be suspended or cancelled at any time in response to the live event status. Bets placed during a suspension or after an event's conclusion may be voided.
ep789c may impose per-event or per-period maximum payout limits. These limits are displayed within the relevant market or in your bet confirmation. Winnings exceeding stated limits will be capped at the published maximum.
All casino and slot games are governed by the individual game rules provided within each title. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages displayed are theoretical averages over a large number of rounds and do not guarantee any individual outcome. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Any verified real-money Balance outstanding at the time of closure will be returned to you via your last-used payment method, subject to applicable withdrawal conditions and KYC requirements being satisfied.
